The Coronavirus which can infect anyone in the world. People with already existing health problems like diabetes, asthma and other heart and blood vessels related diseases are apparently creating higher risks, several times life-threatening symptoms. Most of the healthy people return to normal health from the Coronavirus immediately after a few days of rest. People with lack of immune systems fall under the greater risk category.

•Use citrus fruits or vegetables in your daily food habits.
•You can use vitamin c tablet as a substitude for the asbsense of above foods.
•Make a mixture with turmeric ginger-milk-goily water and tulsi tea and have it every morning.
•Practice Yoga and meditation
•Garlic-ginger-chilli paste to the food.
•Increase the use of Magnesium rich foods.
•Buttermilk/water is a great source of protein.
